Devonhurst Homeowners' Association, Inc.
Located in West Cobb County, Georgia. Devonhurst is a quaint neighborhood of 39 homes set in a family friendly environment with with trees and gently rolling land. The HOA is responsible for maintaining the common areas in our neighborhood and approving changes or alterations to any lots.

Association Dues
Currently Association Dues are $205 for homeowners. They and are due on March 1st each year. Dues must be paid prior to March 31st to avoid penalties.

In an effort to provide better communication between the HOA and residents we are requesting that each homeowner take an minute and fill out the linked form. We will provide copies of all the HOA meeting minutes and financial information by email to every registered homeowner.
July 2024 Annual Meeting Notes
The 2024 Devonhurst HOA Meeting was held on 7/16/2024. Twenty-one (21) homeowners were in attendance. The meeting was opened at 6pm and the following topics were discussed:
- The treasurer discussed the financial report which was mailed to homeowners. (See Below)
- Based on the financial report, it was proposed the 2025 HOA dues be reduced from $250 to $205.
- Nomination of 2025 HOA board members to take effect January 2025 (President,Treasurer and Secretary) Stacey Cheeks was nominated for President, Carl Wynne was nominated for Treasurer, and Derrick Leonard was nominated for Secretary.
- A discussion was had about speaking to an arborist for the removal and/or replanting of trees the HOA is responsible for.
- A discussion was had about whether or not we should disconnect the water and power at the entrance to the neighborhood.
- It was decided that an email ballot would be sent to homeowners to vote for HOA board members, whether or not to reduce the 2025 HOA dues, as well as the disconnection of power and water at the entrance.
The meeting was adjourned at 7pm.
